I for one really appreciate that you always returned my phone calls, kept in touch constantly, and were punctual for appointments.  Last, but not least, you are always a professional.  There are so many people who don’t realize the value of that – you represent what customer service used to be.  You also go above and beyond the call of duty in terms of researching an issue and not giving up until you do.  I admire all those qualities, and I try to do the same in my job.
Your entire staff should hold you up as a mentor and role model.  We appreciate all you did for us, and John and I would recommend you specifically, to any friends or family.

RE: Audry Wolff

We started to look for a property in the Phoenix area in January 2004.
By chance we came across a website for Century 21 Club Realty in the Mesa area and then found Miss Wolff on their web site.  We contacted Miss Wolff and started emailing back and forth our wish / want list and Audry went to work.
Over the next few months Audry sent us countless choices that we perused via the internet.
In April we made our trek to the Phoenix area and for four solid days Audry gave us 100% of her time, unheard of in a busy market like this.  We put on over 600 miles looking at properties all over the valley and with Audry’s help we found our dream house in Anthem and closed May 19 2004.
