Power Ranch

As you approach Power Ranch, situated northwest of the intersection of Power and Queen Creek roads, its rural heritage is immediately evident. Abundant trees and shrubs growing everywhere resemble the lush orchards and hand-tilled gardens that once defined this part of the Valley.

To enhance its rural image, "themed" trees and various shrubs have been planted extensively in formal rows to resemble groves throughout each of the four neighborhoods. The tree-lined streets also feature a five-foot separation between curb and sidewalk where a tree will be planted in front of every home.

Every neighborhood has a themed park, too, filled with signature trees and shrubbery. These busy gathering spots offer close-by playgrounds, picnic areas, turf fields and various sports facilities -kids love having a playground just out the front door!
